Miami parking for Escape (Terminal B)

From what I can tell most are recommending parking at the pier. Are these covered parking garages?

About how long does it take to get from the parking garage to the ship?

Parking garage C...all covered except for the top deck you should have no problem getting a covered spot ...if you take your time the walk from the garage to the terminal is about 45 seconds...cameras and good security...when you disembark if you want the porters will take your luggage directly to your car and load your car...been using it for several years never had a problem

Parking at the pier is super convenient but its also pricey! It costs $20 a day. I used Global Airport parking and it was a mile away and it cost $6. They shuttle you back and forth with their vans. I travel by myself and I found it was a good way to save money. They had at least four vans and it wasn't a big deal. With Global you need to show up early to get the covered spots otherwise its hit or miss.
