Prepaid Gratuities - Where to See Online

Greeting all,

 

We cruise in 21 days and I was looking at our account and noticed there was nothing mentioning that we prepaid the gratuities. I only have it printed on a reservation summary (from the day we booked). We booked direct on the RCI website.

 

Can someone tell me where to look online to see this. I plan to call tomorrow, but hoped the good folks here could help now.

 

I did a forum search and RCI website search but found nothing.

Not sure I've seen prepaid grats show up online.

 

I'd contact RC and ask them to send you a copy of your booking confirmation.

You should be able to go directly to the cruise to find out about your gratuities. It should be on your bill/summary.

My booking may be slightly different as I have not reached the final payment date, but here's where I see my prepaid grats. Online where the cruise details are located, there are tabs across the page for overview, messages, cruise planner, payments, etc. Under the payments tab, after "cruise fare" is "other items". One of my other items is "Prepaid Gratuities". Maybe yours is there too?

Thanks everyone. I do not see the PPG under the "other" items. Was worth a shot.
