karenj4546 Posted May 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2017 We're cruising in just over a week. I've been sick for the past month (I got sick WELL after I booked everything). Today, I got the "okay" from my Doctor to GO on the trip. However, we have one excursion which I simply won't be able to do and it's on the first day. Can I get a refund or rebook a different excursion? Do I do that now or onboard? Help! This is a REALLY expensive excursion! Thanks.
reporterbabe Posted May 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 1, 2017 You can change it by calling the cruise line now -- I never found a way to do it online but I was easily able to cancel by phone. We also had to cancel an excursion unexpectedly the night before while on the ship, with no issues. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

sanger727 Posted May 1, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 1, 2017 Yes, no problems canceling shore excursions; but think it has to be 24 hours in advance so don't wait till you are on the ship, call and cancel now. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
