Magic, Cucina del Capitano, Wine selection

Hello All,

I have used the search features within these boards but cannot find the answer to a question I have. I hope someone can help. :)

I have seen that it is possible to go to the Steakhouse and order a glass of wine even if you will not be dining there. Is it also possible to go to the Cucina del Capitano and order a glass of wine (specifically, Sartori Amarone) if you do not have reservations? (The specific ship is the Magic.)

Thank you!

Last month when we ordered a drink at Cucina, the waiter had to go to another area to get it. When we ordered wine at dinner, it took forever for the bottle to arrive. They have wine bottles on display, but i didn't see any type of bar and our experience leads me to believe you couldn't just order a drink there like you can at the steakhouse.
