snorkeling? mazatlan? manzanillo?PV?

any suggestions on the best place to snorkel out of these 3.. was originally planning this for ixtapa, but due to iten change,,, no more ixtapa.

im looking for a place where the water isnt too rough, and you can snorkel off the shore? any suggestions

I was in Manzanilo on the Mercury, 3 weeks ago and snorkled at a beach 2 blocks from the ship. Snorkle around the jettys and you will see 100's of fish. Water was clear and warm. The people that took the Elephant rock tour didn't see any fish and the water was cold.

was there snorkel gear there to rent??
