Conquest 7 day cruise - Formal night & lobster

Booked for the 7 night cruise on the Conquest in Sept. I have 2 questions:

1) Which nights are formal nights?

2) If lobster is served, what night is it?

There will be 2 Cruise Elegant evenings. The 1st is on the 2nd or 3rd evening of the cruise and the 2nd is on the 2nd or 3rd evening prior to the end of the cruise.

Usually the first formal night will be the first Sea Day.. and thats the night you get lobster.. The second formal night will be later in the cruise.. and no lobster.. instead some upscale meat dish or something will be offered. Like Prime Rib or such.. We will be on the Conquest in September also..
