drlarsen Posted October 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Just a heads up, I saw a mention from someone over on Roll Call that their Sheraton Old San Juan reservation was cancelled and it went straight to their Spam folder. I checked mine and sure enough, I have one too in Spam (on Gmail). Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel, for your upcoming stay. Due to significant damage caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria, the hotel will be closed during your scheduled stay and we will be unable to accommodate your reservation. We regret to have to send you this notice of cancellation: You will receive a full refund for all deposits made and cancellation fees do not apply. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and are delighted to assist you with finding alternative accommodations at one of our beautiful resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. Please call (800) 228-9290 more information. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel in the near future. I have a connection in Miami, maybe AA will work with me and let me off there.
