Montego Bay Excursion with 6 and 7 year old

Hello all, we will be first time cruisers on the Breeze Western Caribbean in July. I have searched these boards at length and enjoy the information . I am stuck on what to do in Montego Bay. We are trying to avoid long drives, but want to see some of Jamaica. These are things that we are thinking about with active 6 and 7 year old boys.

1. Carnival Excursion at Good Hope Estate with pool,and ropes course-mixed reviews online

2. Private tour with Chester tours through Montego Bay and end up at Doctors Cave beach/Margaritaville/pork pit

3. Private tour with Chester tours to Negril-seems like too long of drive

4. All inclusive resort-but don't want to miss out on seeing the country.
