Upgrade drink packages

Hi all!  I've been away from the cruise scene for quite a while and have a bunch of questions, and very limited time to research, so I know this will all seem pretty repetitive.  First question, if we were given a soft drink package as part of our cruise fare, can we upgrade the package once we get on board and how much is the upgrade?  We are going on the Allure.  Thanks in advance!

You cannot upgrade a package that you got as a perk from Royal.

 

However, if your travel agent purchased a package on your behalf, you can probably upgrade that.
