EuropeCruiser73 Posted August 1, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2021 Hi, can someone describe the antigen testing process when boarding a bit closer? We are interested in taking a SD cruise and are getting tested regularly here in Germany. But we also know that there are both more pleasant (lower nasal, saliva) tests and more intrusive ones (upper nasal), and would only consider getting one of the "more pleasant" ones done. Any description of the process would help us make up our mind. Thanks!

The testing-facility was in the Library, and the test took 3 seconds (upper nose) and was not uncomfortabel at all ! we waited in the library for the result, so comfortable ! I have taken several tests during this pandemic, and this one was the most gentle and comfortabel one. And i mean: Anyway- its Only seconds and a small price to pay for a fab vacation 😉
