excitedtocruise Posted May 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2022 Quick question, I am flying delta/KLM, and I see on their forms that I need a covid TEST to transit through Amsterdam on my way to Rome, even though it is only a 2 hr. layover. Has anyone had this experience? It states generically on both KLM and Delta's website that you don't, only on forms to fill out.
MrsKMB Posted May 30, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2022 I've never heard of this when passing through a country for a short layover. The Netherlands stopped a lot of their travel restrictions. You do not need a negative test for your layover. https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad/checklist-transit-or-short-stay
