Covid + with Certificate of Recovery

Has anyone boarded COVID positive, but with a Certificate of Recovery?  How difficult was the checkin process?

I disembarked from Encore Alaska on 8/7, had symptoms by 8/9 and tested positive on 8/11.  I am on COVID meds. My next cruise is 8/21 on Breakaway Canada/New England.  Afraid I might still test positive on 8/19 when I do my test for this cruise.  I’m debating whether to cancel or to go ahead with a Certificate of Recovery from my primary care physician.

Can someone in similar situation weigh in, please?

I have used a certificate of recovery to fly into the US last year when that was still required.  I didn't even have to take a covid test because I had that letter instead.  No idea if a cruise line is the same, but you would kind of think so.  Hopefully someone has experience with this from a cruise perspective.  But common sense would say if you have this letter, they would take it just as Delta Airlines did for me last year.
