Papillon tour for Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terre

Has anyone used this tour company recently?  I was searching about it, and many of the reviews are from long time ago. We are considering using it for Pisa& Lucca, plus Cinque Terre for our cruise next summer. Thank you!

I have used them before and will be using them again in July! Love love love them!! Last time we used them in Florence and they created a custom tour for us because DH wanted to see a very cool but obscure statue in a park. We are using them for a Pisa, Lucca and Winery tour, a Barcelona tour and a custom tour from the airport to the cruise terminal with another obscure park/statue visit with lunch. Highly recommend.  Sharon is amazing and is very easy to communicate with and is very quick to get back to you.
