If you are disembarking in Boston once you leave the ship walk around the big white building (Boston Design Center) to either 23 or 25 DryDock Ave and call your Uber from there.  DryDock is still 2 way so your Uber driver can make a Uturn and avoid the chaos at the ship.  You also can pick up the Silver Line (bus) which will take you to the city (South Station) or Logan Airport ( you may need to change to get on the Silver Line to the airport)
