carry while tubing??

Hi All,My question is this,those of you that have done this,do you leave everything in the bus or do you suggest at least carrying seapass and $$ or what?:)

We are booked to do this and unsure of what to plan for!

We left our things in the tour van. Most posts seem to have done the same. I don't recall seeing where anyone had a problem.

 

Remember, independent tour operators have their reputation to uphold. News of a problem would spread on these boards very fast.

 

They and you have reasons to protect your valuables.

You will need cash (U.S. is fine) Bring some bug spray, sun screen, and a change of clothes. There is a large toilet/changeing area that you can use. Its a National Park and is patrolled by armed guards for saftey. Your stuff left in the vans is safer than your local market. You have to have your SeaPass to get off or back on the Ship.

We left everything including our cash (except our water cameras) in the van, it was fine, our guide said they have never had a problem with personal items being stolden as long as they were secured i the locked van.
