After e-mailing Drew from YVR, I thought I would pass it on.......... Last year, passengers were required to have purchased their cruise air through the Cruise Company to participate in the program. This year, passengers can be independent of this requirement and have purchased their air separately and not with the cruise line. With thanks, Drew C.
