To Cruise Or Not To Cruise

I wasn't sure where to ask this, so I'll try it here. My wife's birthday is March 3rd and I want to take her on a cruise. We would either go to the Bahamas or Caribbean. Are we going to be overrun by the Spring Breakers? Should we just go another time or another place?

Thanks for any advise.

March and April are traditional spring break times. So maybe you could try a cruiseline that may have the least springbreakers on it....like Celebrity or HAL? Not saying they wouldn't be there but I bet you would encounter less than you would on say RCCL or Carnival.

Or you could pick the more expensive ships in the line....like RCCL Freedom. Once again, can't guarantee there won't be many springbreakers but you lesson the odds when the price is higher.

And definatly go for 7 days or longer.
