We are going to be in Progreso on Monday and would like to see Dzililchaltum but heard that the Museum is closed. Is it still possible to go and are their English speaking guides available on Mondays? If not does anyone know if you can take a taxi to Uxmal, how much and how long that would take? Thanks:confused:

Just got this reponse...sounds good!

"Thank you for contacting http://www.yucatantoday.com Yes, the museum at

Dzibichaltun is closed on Monday. And yes, the ruins and cenote are open.

Don't forget your bathing suit and towel!! I'd wear my bathing suit under my

clothes... not much in the way of changing rooms. It will be so refreshing

after trecking around the pyramids."
