Phones at the Terminal?

When you come through the terminal are there phone cards to purchase and phones to use? Are there phones at Mahajual Beach to use?

Right in Majahual there is a big white building near the entrance that says "Internet and phone" or something similar. It is in a building with a real estate office. The man that runs the place just charges 30 cents a minute to anywhere in the US and Canada. We called home and talked for 10 minutes and it was only $3. We used his regular phone that had a timer on it. Very easy.
