Opinions on Cinnamon Bay

We will be in St. John for the day when the Crown docks there. We will have limited time so we want to make the most of it. We are thinking of going to Cinnamon Bay and maybe before we return, have a quick bite at Woody's. Is Cinnamon Bay a nice beach? Is it easy (quick) to get to once on the island? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Cinnamon Bay is a lovely beach and not crowded at all. It's about a 15 minute or so cab ride from Cruz Bay. Cinnamon Bay is a National Park Service campground and there is a sit-down restaurant on the premesis that looked quite nice when we were there last. There's also a small convenience store there, if you want to purchase any snacks to bring with you on the beach.

 

It's very easy to go to and from there via cab.

Thanks for the info and the great pics. After looking at all of them it still makes the decision hard to choose. What's not to like about any of them?!
