Age Limit on Hot Tubs?

Does Disney have an age limit on all of its hot tubs or just the ones in the adult pool area? In the Disney FAQ I read something about hot tubs being for age 16 and older. Is that true?

I don't recall if there is anything posted about age limits, but I have definitely seen kids younger than 10 in the hot tubs.

The official rules do say 16 and older. But as stated above you will see kids of all ages in the hot tubs by the family pool. However they do enforce 18 and older for the ones by the adult pool
