NCL - Majesty - deck 3 or 8

ok, i am about to book.

The price difference between an inside room - deck 3, vs an oceanview (obstructed) room on deck 8 is 50 pp.

2 questions.

i really could care less about the view, but wonder will the difference in levels from 3 to 8 be a difference in how it feels on the boat? ( motion, etc)?

Is it better to be higher on a cruise

We stayed on Deck 3 in mid ship. It wasn't bad at all. a few flights up and you're where alot of the action is. If I had to do it all again, I would have booked the bigger of the 2 cabin sizes. Deck 3 has some, and they are so much roomier. But for the 2 of us, we got along fine. Have a great cruise.
