Eastern on Freedom or Liberty?

would like your opinions on which ship for our eastern cruise Jan 2009.

The difference is Labbadee instead of St Thomas. We loved Labbadee on our cruise last year and wouldn't mind going back. Love the relaxing beach day. So is there any opinions on FReedon versus Liberty? But also have not been to St Thomas. The Freedom cruise does St Thomas. Anyone been on both and can give ideas on excursions, beach days at any of the ports. What are some ideas for excursions if we choose Freedom to go to St Thomas? Thanks
