GramaFran Posted March 25, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2008 We have two adjoining cabins 5154 & 5158 and want to know if there is a door between the balconies that can be opened?? On Princess we were able to have the door open so we could go back and forth between cabins. Francine
hawgwildterry Posted March 25, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2008 There is a small doorway separating the veranda's. The passageway is normally used for the ships crew to perform maintenance work. This passageway/doorway is located next to the veranda railing and is rather narrow. Your cabin steward will be able to open the doorway upon your request. Assateague Island Princes Posted March 26, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 26, 2008 Thanks for the info - we were wondering too! Had asked our TA, but she said she didn't think they opened. Surprise, surprise! Now that I've seen the picture, I recall the balcony configuration from our last Alaskan cruise on the Oosterdam! Again - thanx! Saved me from posting this questions! heavenly Posted March 26, 2008 #5 Share Posted March 26, 2008 Last October we had all the cabins between SB 7132 and SB 7133 (including the two SB suites) and had ALL the dividers open during the voyage. It was our own private playground!
GramaFran Posted March 26, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted March 26, 2008 Thanks everyone I guess we will have the small people using the door but at least we can visit between balconies. Much easier to pass wine through the door than around the dividers. Francine
