CB Out of NY

Can anyone recently on the CB out of NY tell me which night is Caribbean night in the Diningroom? That way we'll know night to book Sterling :D

Hi, We just got back today.It was the 6th night of our cruise they had carribean night.We were in St. Thomas that day.Each cruise out of Brooklyn is set up a little bit differently.We did go to Sabatini's twice and I wish we missed carribean night as it really is the weakest regular night in the dining room.We had a great cruise and the food was very good to excellent in the regular dining rooms.You should go to Sabatini's for sure, as well as Sterlings.Well worth the money.
