I've tried so many different diets and eating programs and the weight just ends up coming back on again when I stop. Does anyone have some good lunch ideas? Odoyal Rulez Posted October 2, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Depends on what you enjoy eating...my lunch is usualy Tilapia/Salmon/Chicken Breast/Eggs + Potato/Oatmeal/Brown Rice + Mixed Veggies/Pecans/Almonds Same concept but a diff variety of food. I'll start off with a salad at the start of the week and by the end i've had fried chicken, McDonalds and lots of other naughty things :o I NEED to get better!
