If I were to book a cruise on the Carnival Elation next week for $99 would I still get the $50 OBC or is that only for guests that have already booked.

If I were to book a cruise on the Carnival Elation next week for $99 would I still get the $50 OBC or is that only for guests that have already booked.

I asked our TA the other day about it and she said the ridiculously low rate is for new bookings only, the OBC is for prior bookings only. BUT come on! $99??? how could you not book?

They've added a disclaimer that the airline refunds and stuff are only for people that booked before the itinerary change. Saw it on the site the other day.
