"Belizean Beach Day" or "Thriller Adventure"

First, we'll have two teenagers 18 & 19 yrs old, and all 4 of us are Water and Beach People. After reviewing the NCL Shore excursions, we're trying to decide on either the "Belizean Beach Day", at 8:30 in the morning, includes Coral Sands Beach Resort, snorkeling, maybe Lunch included in price, maybe Not, a little confusing in Brochure.

Or the "Thriller Adventure" at 10AM, custom-design high speed power boat to island of Caye Caulker and 3 hours to explore and relax, on our own. The Thriller Adventure is "in the running", because it's Later at 10 AM, and I know from a previous cruise, that the two teenagers do Not do 8:30 AM mornings very well.

Has any Cruise Critic cruisers done either one of these NCL excursions, and did you enjoy them for $$ paid, and what did they really include? Is there a Complimentary Lunch included on the "Belizean Beach Day", and/or on the "Thriller Adventure", does the custom-desgn high speed power boat also take you back to the mainland? Any and all "Info" is appreciated. Thanks!

Above shore excursions are on the NCL SUN, but I'd be interested in any Info on either the Belizean island of Caye Caulker, or the Belize Coral Sands Beach Resort. Thanks!
