Uxmal through Carnival -- a few ??

We'll be booking the trip to Uxmal through Carnival (first cruise, don't want to miss ship).

 

How supervised is the tour? Is there any "free" time at the site?

 

Is there any time for shopping?

 

About how much time is there at the actual site, as opposed to the bus ride back and forth?

 

Finally, what is the "lunch" like?

 

Thanks for your info and indulgence. I've never been to Uxmal, though I've been to Chichen Itza and several sites in Belize. Thrilled that I'll finally be getting a chance to see this wonder!
