Mayan Jeep Adventure & Beach Break

We have booked the Mayan Jeep Adventure through Carnival for our upcoming October cruise. Just wondering if anyone has been on this excursion before and could give details. We'll end up the day at the Reef Club Beach Resort for lunch and relaxation but can't find much information on any of this. All experiences will be welcomed.
