Ride on beach

This is probably a stupid question but my DH is dying to ride a dune buggy/rhinoo/4 wheeler on the open beach. He does not want to do one of the group tours where you have to stay in line etc. Does any one know if there is a place like this in Progreso or in Cozumel? Sail Carnival Fantasy in 7 days!

you will have a better time arranging this in Cozumel. Progresso is less developed. Just google it.
