What special accommodations does Carnival have for disabled cruisers?

We will be going on a Carnival Cruise next year. My husband has a stage 4 cancer. He gets weak a lot and has to use a Rollator. Does Carnival have help on the ship if he needs it?

My room will be on Rivera Deck 4. Is this a good area on the ship? It's an Ocean View. Can you see out of the window good? This is my first time cruising.

That is definitely over priced.

Is Celebration Cays going to be in Freeport Bahamas? Is it going to be finished by June of 2025? Our cruise is June 2025

We are booking an Ocean view with a window or a balcony. Depends on the money situation.

One of our ports will be Freeport Bahamas next year. Is there a free but nice beach? Is there a taxi service/bus that you recommend that won't cost an arm and a leg?

How much is room service? Is it a one time fee or do they charge you each time they have to bring food to your room?

I heard that you can bring a pack of 12 cans of Sodas onboard on Carnival. I have a small cooler with wheels on it. Can I put my Sodas in that to bring onboard? Can l put ice in the cooler also?
