Princess did contact me and what they told me over the phone was different from what I was told on the ship.The credits that I thought were refundable and was told by passenger services that they were are not according to the Princess rep. They were all non refundable according to Princess corporate. I regret that the $174,00 that I transferred from my credit card to the folio was lost. Just beware of the charges that you have. I should have spent the entire folio. Live and learn.
