For the past several days I have been trying to cancel our May 2024 Eclipse cruise, on the website and by phone. On the website I go to "Change your mind? Cancel Your Reservation" click it and nothing happens. After several tries, I get locked out of the website. My husband has been on the phone this morning for 1 1/2 hours, and the recorded voice keeps promising he will be helped as soon as a representative is available.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice on what else we can do? Thanks in advance.
