DeBlasio1 Posted April 26, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Hello Fellow Cruisers, We are staying in aft cabin 6090 and according to the respose of other passengers in the aft cabins, especially 6090, there is a lot of vibration. If the vibration bothered anyone was it a problem getting switch to another cabin? If it was an upgraded cabin was there a charge? Thanks ahead of time for you response. kb9mu Posted April 27, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 27, 2004 If most cruises are sold out, it would seem unlikely that you would be able to switch.
BJS Posted April 27, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 27, 2004 If you think this might be a problem switch now. Every Princess cruise we have been on has had a sign saying cruise is sold out so no other staterooms available, or something to that effect. We were mid-ship with no vibration but did find quite a bit at times in the dining room. DeBlasio1 Posted December 13, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted December 13, 2004 Well...we stayed in cabin 6090 on the TP and it was great! The only time we felt vibrations was two nights on the 10 day sailing when the captain had the pedal to the metal. The motion didn't bother us at all, it helped to rock us to sleep. The balcony was much bigger than the regular cabins. We had 2 lounge chairs, two deck chairs and a table and we still had plenty of room. We checked out the balconies in our friends cabins and ours was at least twice the size. Overall it was a great cabin.
rberne1 Posted December 13, 2004 #5 Share Posted December 13, 2004 Glad to hear you loved it! I assume then that you enjoyed the rest of the ship and cruise and will probably be writing a review soon ??? ;) Love reading those TP reviews as we're going back for another cruise on her next May. :D
