LiLBxQt Posted July 2, 2004 #3 Share Posted July 2, 2004 Trust me, you'll be glad that the casino is closed while in port.... Let's just say.. the casino isn't very generous... I was on that ship there in May.. I was extremely thankful it was closed! LoL
CarpeCerevisi Posted July 2, 2004 #4 Share Posted July 2, 2004 The casino is open while in international waters. It opens the evening the ship sails from Bayonne and the following day at sea (Saturday, Sunday for 8 day, Sunday, Monday for 6 day). It is closed while in Bermuda and reopens after sailing for home Friday afternoon and all day Saturday.
lcs Posted July 2, 2004 #5 Share Posted July 2, 2004 What's the casino like? What types of slot machines and tables? My DH and I will be on the Empress in Dec for 11 days. We like to gamble but this is a very port intensive cruise so we will probably only go in a couple of times. Does the casino have quarter and dollar only? Do they have 3 card poker? Thanks in advance for the information!
