Renewing Wedding Vows

Has anyone renewed their wedding vows while on a Windstar cruise?

I suprised my wife on our last WindSurf cruise. It was on the top aft deck (the one with the "photo-op" sailing wheel). We were presented with official invitations to join the captian. I played dumb (not hard...). It was at sunset, the captain said a nice sermon then there was champagne followed by cake. Of course, the photographer was there to capture the moment. We got to keep the toasting glasses, the official Windstar Renewal document signed by the captian and 2 tee-shirts.

All-n-all a nice way to score brownie points...

You can book either through your TA or go to the WindStar website:

Look under Windstar Extras/Gift Shop (Item# 3605 Wedding Vow Renewal Package). You pay for it via the normal online cc transaction process. Then a Windstar "Romance Coordinator" will contact you for planning the perfect event.
