Menu for Sterling Steakhouse

Hi everyone, I've been looking for a peek at the Sterling menu because I'm going on the Golden in June and I understand they are changing the Desert Rose to Sterling Steakhouse. Has anyone eaten there and could you tell me about the menu? Thanks!

Try looking at www.cruiseclues.com They normally have the menus from alternates and even from some of the dining rooms posted there.
