Mallorca Tour Guide

We recently did a Med cruise and used a great tour guide in Palma de Mallorca. His name is Miguel Correl.

We were a group of 12 and used Miguel for a shore excursion when we were in Palma for the day. Communication with Miguel leading up to the tour was excellent and he was there waiting for us at the end of the dock with our name on a sign.

He supplied a very comfortable bus and driver and we had an excellent day with him. He took us to the Castell de. Bellver, a little village called Valldemossa, a scenic drive on the other side of the island, then a walking tour of Palma finishing off with a private tour of the Cathedral. Plus a chance visit to a local wine shop in one of the back lanes of Palma.......It was an excellent tour!

Miguel was the perfect guide. His English is excellent and he is very knowledgeable and passionate about the area. I would highly recommend him. His contact is:

we will be there in a group of 6 next October, what was the price structure? per person or one price for the whole group?

We also used Miguel for our cruise last October and he did a fantastic job! If you have a stop in this port I would highly recommend him. We did basically the same tour, but stopped at the pearl factory and bullring instead of the wine stop. Valdemossa was wonderful and very much worth seeing. He told us we could wander on our own, or stay with him and the entire group stayed with him on a walking tour around the area.

He charges for the day and we set up a group with our roll call group to make it more affordable for all. We ended up with 10 in the group and did a 5 hour tour. We were able to customize it for what we all wanted to do...some stayed after our tour of the cathedral and walked back to the ship. Some of us wanted to be dropped back at the pier.

A really great day! I can't remember the exact price, but it was around $60 US per person. He really does an excellent job and loves art and history!
