Looking for Cooking Classes

We are doing the circumnavigation of South America on the Prinsedam from January to March 2016. I am looking for excellent and fun cooking classes in English. The major cities we will be in are Rio de Janario, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Lima, and Panama City. Also any great wineries in Chile and if you used a tour guide for a winery tour.
