Ocean World and Taxis

I have noticed several cruisers have mention being hounded by Timeshare people, is that the case still? I want to take my Grand Daughter there, but also I don't want to stay there the whole time. Does anyone know if there are taxis readily available and if so how much back to Amber Cove? We would like to also explore the new port there! ANY INFO would be greatly appreciated.

I did not see a taxi stand or waiting taxis when we were there, but the resort may be willing to call one for you. No idea of the cost. They also stagger the arrival and departure times on the coaches depending on what package was booked. At the time we visited they had no problem letting us hop on an earlier bus back when we decided we'd had enough.

When we did the tour, our scheduled departure time from the port to the park was several hours after we arrived in port, so there was plenty of time to explore the port before heading over.
