Cave Tubing and Zoo, is it possible?

My friend and I want to do the cave tubing and zoo, we have found a company that offers a shore excursion for this, but from doing google searches, their reputation doesn't seem great. I am wondering if anyone has done a combo like this before and what was their experience. Our ship's time says in port from 9-5. I am assuming that means we have from 10-4 to do the excursion, in reality.
