Docking in Mo. Bay - Negril Margaritaville tour

Docking n Montego Bay in March. Wanting to take the ship tour to Negril Margaritaville / Beach, Has anyone done this? Worth it?

We'll be there in March as well. We were planning to take a cab over to Doctor cave beach and possibly walk to the Margaritaville down the road before we leave. I've never been there before. Is Negril supposed to be nicer than Montego Bay?
