Your opinion on Misty Fjords boat trip

We are booked on it in 3 months so I'm looking forward to hearing comments as well.

One comment I've heard several times is that getting back isn't as interesting because it's the same terrain that you saw when going there. I can't imagine Alaska scenery getting boring after one viewing, but I guess I'll find out one way or the other!

We took the boat to Misty Fjords and floatplane back. It was more expensive but faster and very scenic from the air. Considering R/T by boat this summer since there is not a lot else we wanted to see in Ketchikan. We really enjoyed the boat's ability to get up close to the waterfalls and the petroglyphs. The scenery from water level was stunning.

My husband and I took the boat to Misty Fjords in June 2016. After being to Ketchikan many times we decided to do something different. We are so glad that we did it. The trip was spectacular, so beautiful. I would highly recommend it. :D
