Bamboo Massage

In nine days I depart for my 7th. cruise. All on Carnival. My last three cruises I discovered the bamboo massage therapy. A little pricey but well worth it. My question to you all: any of the ports of call feature bamboo massages. My cruise is the Western Caribbean; Belize, Cozumel, Rotan and Grand Caymen. I was hoping I'd get lucky and find a similar treatment for less. And if not any recommendations for a good reasonably priced massage close to the port, and preferably administered by a female massage therapist?
