Looking for RCI Excursion input

Hi, all - For any of you that have been on these excursions, can you offer some feedback? We're checking into non-RCI tours, as well, but I'd like some feedback from those that did these RCI tours.

ST01 5 Star Island Tour - 6 1/2 hours - I like the fact that you get 2 hrs at Magen's Bay plus the stop at Mountain Top.

ST06 St Thomas Island Tour - 3 hours - sounds like decent tour including Mountain Top

STU4 Discover St. Thomas - 4 hours - Includes 2 hrs at Magen's Bay beach, Blackbeard Castle

We're torn on whether or not to go to a beach, as we'll be at Orient Beach in St. Maarten the next day (two beach days in a row might be too much sun for me, as I'm about as fair as someone can be!).
