Gluten allergy....here is a helpful card printed in Japanese

I do not have this allergy, but thought those that do would like to know about this card you can print out and show anywhere when you cruise or visit Japan.

This is a very nice thing that you did.

But you must also realize that the majority of Japanese dishes are based on gluten.

And Gluten-free illnesses are unknown in Japan.

This card will help people to get gluten-free food in Japan - but it will not be Japanese cuisine that they get.
