Best tour and place for dinner

We will be in Curacao on October 2nd from 1pm-10pm. We are looking for recommendations for tours of the island. Also since we will be here during the evening does anyone know a good place for dinner? Maybe one with a good sunset view?

re sunset dinner - basically most restaurants on the ocean front will get the sunset at that time of year - there are a couple on rif fort that have sea views, also the other side by the Plaza Hotel, under their arches - they all face the ocean - Also there are lots of hotels a bit further away which all face South so all have sunset views
