I called Trop this morning, and I happened to be looking for info. on the message boards here. I am a gold card member.

They gave me a number to call, they said that you don't need to come in to get the cruise certificate anymore. So I will look into getting the free cruise.

When I was there 2 weeks ago, no one seemed to know what to do and they also gave me a number to call at that time.
