Splendour of the Seas question.

I have a question about the Splendour of the Seas's bow and stern thrusters.

When i did the all acces tour on my cruise, the helmsman showed me the controls for the thrusters and later a question came up in my mind, that i forgot to ask.

So i hope you guys can help me out!

I don't really know how to explain this in English but here we go.

When you put both controls full to the right will the stern and bow move to the right with the same speed, or will the bow move to the right faster because there are 2 thrusters in the bow and 1 thruster in the stern?

I hope you understand this and i really hope i have answers soon!

And can they control the rudders from the bridge wing?
